Neyla Rahal is a Counsel in the Meysan Riyadh office, and a member of the firm’s corporate practice. Neyla’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law. She has worked on several domestic and cross-border transactions and acts on a wide range of competition law, state aid and procurement law matters. She has also worked on private equity transactions, including the raising of funds from investors through private placements.

  • Advising Zain in the 85% acquisition of Xenon Prepaid (Bookeey) for a value of US$33 million.
  • Advising on numerous joint ventures, including for the establishment of hospitals in Saudi Arabia and for various construction and energy projects.
  • Advising Kuwait Finance and Investment Company (KFIC) on its purchase of a 50% stake in Rice to Riches Inc, an American food and beverage company.
