Advised the sellers in the sale of one hundred percent of the issued share capital of Ram Three SA and Boulevard Hotel Company Ltd. Ram Three SA wholly owns a subsidiary, Pearl One SA, a Moroccan liability company which operates a hotel under the ``Ramada Encore`` brand in Tangiers, Kingdom of Morocco. Boulevard Hotel Company operates a five-star hotel under the ``Ramada`` brand in Fes, Kingdom of Morocco.
Advised the selling shareholders of Falcon Group as the exclusive legal advisor. The transaction, which involved Raptor Equity Ventures Limited investing in Falcon Group, included negotiating share purchase terms and procuring regulatory consents.
