Nour J. Mashmoushi

Nour J. Mashmoushi is an associate at Meysan and a member of the firm’s corporate practice. Nour’s practice focuses on Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Commercial Law. She is also an expert in local and cross-border M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Meysan, Nour assisted representing two local banks in Lebanon in banking matters, and advised private clients on several real estate, civil, bankruptcy, and criminal matters within the Lebanese jurisdiction

Advised Al Ahli Bank on their rights issue for a total nominal value of KWD 100,000,000 including issuance premium.
Advised on a private placement of preferred shares convertible into ordinary shares.
Assisted in the incorporation of local licensed entities completely owned by foreign investors.
